Welcome to Nantmor Mountain Centre
Set in the heart of Snowdonia, the Nantmor Mountain Centre provides simple, group accommodation in this outstanding location.
Gelli Iago is situated on the banks of a tumbling mountain stream at the foot of Cnicht, with stunning views of Snowdon, Moel Hebog and the Glyders.
Remote yet accessible, the Centre is ideally situated for hillwalking, climbing and expedition camping, and is within easy reach of Beddgelert and the beaches of the coast.
The Centre sleeps up to 22 with 4 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room, an excellent drying room, showers and washroom, and a separate classroom / games room / study area.
We are a membership organisation, so prospective leaders are invited to apply for Affiliated membership for their group. We also have a well subscribed Individual member category, with monthly weekend meets.
For over 60 years we have welcomed schools, colleges, Scouts and independent groups, enabling many young people to benefit from their experiences of safe, eye opening adventuring in the mountains and on water.
